Copy of a typed letter to L.J. Duffy, Secretary, Labour Party, from M. Colgan. Is satisfied that the evidence given is irrefutable and the Committee must accept it as authentic. Will not attend meeting. Reminds Committee that the Communist Party is a secret, underground party that resorts to subterfuge.
