This series contains documents regarding the Devine's ownership of land at Tinkincor measuring 25 acres in size. They series is divided into four files as some of the material was found in different boxes and folders and had been arranged by the solicitor or possibly the Rosminians at Ferryhouse. The first file contains legal documents relating to the Devine's occupation of the land and a letter relating that the Duke of St. Alban's would be happy to take on the Rosminians as tenants. The second file contains a draft assignment of part of the lands of Kincor and requests for searches of judgements relating to the land. The third file contains legal documents relating to the Rosminians taking possession of the land while the fourth and final file contains receipts and correspondence relating to the deal.
