Deed of assignment that transfers the remaining interest of a long-term property lease in County Cork between two groups of Capuchin Friars. The document explicitly cites the original root of title: an Indenture of Lease dated 9 January 1873. The assignors (including Father Cherubini Mazzini OFM Cap.) transfer all their interest in the 8 acres of land in Rochestown, Parish of Carrigaline, Barony and County of Cork, including the grown timber plantation. The transfer covers the unexpired residue of the original 850-year term, subject to the annual rent of £28 sterling. The consideration for this assignment is a nominal sum of 10 shillings.
