A legal deed of partition and conveyance formalizing the physical division and release of the shared Rochestown estate among four siblings of the Purcell family. The text directly matches the historic root transactions summarized in the later Abstract of Title. Reciting a foundational 7 August 1852 Incumbered Estates Court Grant where the sisters originally purchased 277 acres and 32 perches in the Parish of Carrigaline, Barony and County of Cork for £2,100, this deed acts upon a valuation report from 17 May 1860 to split the estate. For a nominal consideration of 10 shillings paid to each sister, the three women grant, release, and confirm a specific portion of the townland—measured at 277 acres, 0 roods, and 29 perches—to Richard Harris Purcell. The copy bears a later archival indexing ink notation dated 7 June 1895 linking it directly to subsequent title assessments by the Capuchin Franciscan Order.
