Circular letter was sent by the Capuchin College Union, Rochestown (Dublin Section) to outline newly elected committee personnel and forthcoming event dates. The letter outlines three principal fundraising activities planned for the autumn of 1969: a Jumble Sale at the Pioneer Hall, 27 Mountjoy Square (7 October); a Sale of Work at Father Mathew Hall in aid of the Capuchin Foreign Missions in Zambia (23–25 October); and a Fashion Show sponsored by Sunbeam Wolsey at the Gresham Hotel (3 November), also benefiting the Foreign Missions. The text concludes with an appeal to the membership to support these initiatives in a spirit of charity.
