Physical characteristics and technical requirements

Bound in contemporary calf with manuscript title to spine. The spine covering of the first volume is partially detached and the text block is exposed. Occasional staining to pages with a few other defects including evidence of past worming and tidemarks. Some dirt accumulation and mould damage to the third volume which is housed in protective covering. Manuscript annotation on the title page reads: ‘Ex Biblioteca S. Francisci Conventus [ ]’. Blind stamped on the title page: ‘Capuchin Franciscan Friary, Charlotte Quay, Cork’.
