Typed report on John Huston, film Director. Quotes Myron C. The Fourth Report of the Senate Fact-Finding Committee on Un- American Activities 1948 deals with the Communist Front Organizations: Committee for the first Amendment [sic] and Freedom from Fear Committee. The purpose of the Committee for the first Amendment is a Communist front is to create favourable public opinion for Communists who refuse to testify before the House Committee on Un-American Activities in Washington. Regarding the Freedom from Fear Committee, a testimonial dinner was held on the 5 March 1948 in Beverly Hills for the Hollywood Ten.
