Albert Bibby OFM Cap. was appointed pastor, assisted by Fr. Reginald O’Hanlon OFM Cap. and Br. Columcille Cregan OFM Cap. Father Albert and Brother Columcille came from Church Street, Dublin, and Father Reginald from the Friary at Kilkenny.
