Anglo-Irish Province: .Clothing Chapters:: Book in whiuch clothing of novices is registered from 13 September, 1851 to 18 August, 1874. (This volume also contains, in reverse order "Book in which Intermediar chaptersz are noted down from 19 September, 1851 to 20 June, 1874.. This has been enterd as a separate item under section devoted to ntermediate Chapterxs.)

Archival documents are catalogued in the following way : Shelf number, box number, file number and item number. Thus, 45/1/1/4 means shelf forty-five, box one, file one and item four. In addition to this each item has an individual serial number. This is attached to the catalogue as an alternative identifier.
