Photographs from the Albertinum, an orphanage and school run by the Dominican Sisters in Ukiah, California. The top photograph captures a view of an indoor ‘Dormitory / Albertinum’. The middle photograph displays a group portrait of ten young girls dressed in matching white dresses and headbands, captioned ‘California Girls 4.1.25’ (4 January 1925). The bottom photograph, which suffers from a strong light glare on the left side, depicts an indoor gathering titled ‘Girls at St. Mary’s Home’.
