The Sisters at Marymount, Los Angeles, USA, want to recruit postulants in Ireland and they feel they can best do this by having their own foundation in Dublin. + Byrne refused them permission and they now want to approach + McQuaid. They have asked Mrs. Concannon to act as their intermediary.
