Typed minutes of the ‘V’ Committee meeting and two appendices. The following items are mentioned in the report: the Constitution of the Guild of St. Francis de Sales was read, and journalists interested in forming a guild were asked to put forward suggestions so that the Committee would have something to work on. Report on the Mambo Club, Palm Court, was read. A solicitor advised that there were no Corporation bye-laws involved had there been the conditions would have been included in the licence.
