Letter from Mgr. Storero to +McQuaid stating that Cardinal Agagianian, Prefect of the Sacred Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith has Raised concerns regarding students at Propoganda College. He wishes that all students stay at the College Villa during their holidays. This will maintain and protect the normal routine of the College and will assure the students of an uninterrupted period of formation. Exceptions will be admitted on individual cases.
