Letter from Mgr. Felici to +McQuaid with regard to the Legion of Mary becoming affiliated with the World Feminine Catholic Youth Federation. Mgr. Montini has received this request from Miss C. de Hemptinne, President of the Federation. Guarantees have been give regarding absolute autonomy of the affiliated groups in relation to their organisation, rules, methods and activities. He is also seeking documentation on the Legion for the Secretariat of State.
