The windows of New Books broken and the shop remains closed. No decision yet on the IWL Christmas bazaar. Edmond Melek Lawasi, medical student from Egypt, addressed public meeting in College Green. Spoke on Egypt, and avoided any mention of Hungary. Cyril Murray, Car Sales Ltd., reported a threat he received to Gardaí. It stated “you might be burned alive.” Peadar Cowan, an opportunist, anxious to join Left-Wing Labour.
