Typed copy of a leaflet given out at a meeting at Moran’s Hotel. The First Dail aimed for National Independence and a socially just democracy. The first aim has been pursued but the second has been neglected by successive Governments. The economic policies and the social outlook of the pre-1916 British society have been preserved and the social ideals of our revolution have been increasingly abandoned. The 1913 Club has been formed to reverse this process.
