Creator: James F. Lalor

This file contains correspondence from James F. Lalor regarding the trust deed for lands belonging to the Order. He states that certain lands at Kilmurray South should have been inserted into the deeds and that the property in Waterford may be passed over to the Trustees of Ferryhouse but this requires a new deed to be signed in the presence of witnesses. James Lalor also asks for information regarding lands at Tinkincor in Waterford and land owned by the Order in Louth. James Lalor states he also requires the will of Father Michael Fennell in order to complete the transfer. Also mentions the face value of bonds held by the Order.
