Statement by the Very Rev. M.C. Troy, P.P., Ballyfermot. Communism is attempting a world revolution by force of arms, allied by fifth- columnists. Today a play in a Dublin Theatre, written by a journalist for The Daily Worker, subtly wages war against Christ and His Church. All believers must unite to resist the attempt at world revolution against God. Catholics and Protestants should shun the play. Dublin Corporation should refuse a licence to theatres producing Communist propaganda plays. Time has come to outlaw the Communist Party of Ireland.
