St. Gabriel's Retreat, The Graan, Enniskillen: photograph taken c.1921 of the Graan, gifted to the archives by Fr. Oliver Kelly, C.P., on New Year's Day, 1979. Note on the back of the photograph is by him. This photograph shows the view along path outside the 'new' Novitiate, looking towards old church - also terrace lawn built by novices under Master's (Fr. Francis Kelly) directions. This photograph has also been entered in the photographic Archive under serial number 8780, location 5/2/3/8, though necessarily without above details.

Archival documents are catalogued in the following way : Shelf number, box number, file number and item number. Thus, 45/1/1/4 means shelf forty-five, box one, file one and item four. In addition to this each item has an individual serial number. This is attached to the catalogue as an alternative identifier.
