The question of legal adoption is again raised, and opposed by the Catholic Protection and Rescue Society of Ireland. Wonders if the danger visualized by the Catholic Protection & Rescue Society Ireland would be met if a provision were included prohibiting the making of an adoption order in any case where it is not proved to the Court that the religion of the adopter and the child are the same.
