Panico’s bishops, three of whom have already resigned. He is celebrating his Golden Jubilee at the end of the year and would like to receive an honorary degree from the National University. The reason for this is it would strengthen the church’s role in education if they had a link with a home university. He also mentions the Celtic Studies department and states Dr. Ludwig Mulhausen has been suggested as a suitable candidate for the Chair.
