              Letter from Pere Jacquinot to +McQuaid stating that Canon Rhodain has been entrusted to establish a Central International Committee in Paris for the relief of Prisoners of War and displaced persons forcibly brought into Germany. The Committee will supply both material and spiritual relief. He has had difficulties but these have been overcome due to the intervention of Mr. Dulanty, Irish High Commissioner in London. He hopes to meet with the Archbishop in due course.
