This series concerns the history and administration of St. Michaels, Omeath in County Louth from its opening as a novitiate for the Institute of Charity to its time as a secondary school and its closure. Other sub-series relate to the daily lives of the priests and students who resided in the school including student records, diaries, applications from prospective novitiates, the sale of the property in 1988, and the activities of the Institute of Charity in Faughart Parish.
