The Government is concerned to think that the lack of suitable co-ordination between the Medical School at University College, Dublin, and the Hospitals associated with its teaching, should endanger the recognition abroad of graduates from University College, Dublin. It approves of the Archbishop’s proposal that a small committee of one representative from each of the hospitals for which he is responsible should meet under a Chairman to discuss the scheme of co-ordination necessary to set in order the medical teaching at UCD so that there may be no grounds upon which Great Britain or America may refuse to recognize its graduates.
