Correspondence involving General Richard Mulcahy, +McQuaid, and Dr. Michael Tierney, President, UCD. It approves of the Archbishop’s proposal that a small committee of one representative from each of the hospitals for which he is responsible should meet under a Chairman to discuss the scheme of co-ordination necessary to set in order the medical teaching at UCD so that there may be no grounds upon which Great Britain or America may refuse to recognize its graduates.
