Missions and Retreats: Miscellaneous Documents: Offprint from The Journal of Ecclesiastical History Vol. XV (April 1964) of pp 60/75 of artivcle entitled "The Origins of the Parish Mission in England and the Early Passionst Apostlate 1840 - 1850" by Conrad Charles, C.P. Gives details of some of Blessed ominic's missions in England and of his mission in High Street, Dublin, in 1848, at which he introduced for the first time in any of his missions some of the Italian Mission elements (pp 72/73)
