              Correspondence between Micheal Breathnach, Dept. of Education, and +McQuaid concerning the contributions to new schools. In Mount Merrion the two schools -Christian Brothers and Sacred Heart Sisters- will each receive £600 from the Parish, while in Raheny the Parish will contribute £400 to the Raheny School. Fr. Wm. Fitzpatrick has agreed to replace the late Mgr. McArdle on the representative Committee.

On the ‘Surf’ washing powder packets they state that 1p from each packet sold will be given to the Baldoyle (Dublin) Hospital for Crippled Children. Letters from various people including Mgr.
