Letter from Fr. John Fitzpatrick to +McQuaid asking permission to allow Dr. Cremin of the Canon Law Faculty, Maynooth, to borrow their Baptism Register. An entry may be examined by the judge in court.

Letter from +Keogh to +McQuaid. He asks whether an elderly priest who lives in his diocese but spends five or six weeks a year with his sister in the city could be given permission to habitually celebrate Mass in his sister’s house. Annotation that Dr K himself at Maynooth advised against giving this permission even per modum actus.

Letter from Fr. Fergus O’Higgins to +McQuaid informing him that the people of Maynooth have refused to help Leixlip as Leixlip had refused to join when the Planned Giving began here.
