Handwritten letter to Fr. Mangan from Jim O’Brien. Is sending a copy of membership card for the Leo League. Wonders if it is prudent to ask the Archbishop whether the Leo League should form branches in the parishes which want it. Would be under the direction of a priest from the parish. O’Brien wants to fade out as he is not best man for the job.
