They felt he had not been treated fairly. He feels they are fortunate to have a Catholic of Allen’s ability and courage. Is now leaving the decision to the Archbishop on what should be done next.

Maloney, Secretary, is a Catholic and live-wire. Gets good speakers on topical subjects. Carter attended talk on Russia, asked critical questions and was not impressed with answers.
