              Typed minutes of ‘V’ Committee meeting. The following items are mentioned in the report: Fr. O’Connell spoke to the Lord Mayor regarding her presiding at the Anti-Nuclear Armaments meeting. She was grateful as she had not known the position. A full report was received on Farrington and Morrison. Mrs. Mary O’Connell is the editor of The Plough. More information sought on her. Sam Mooney is a Communist and a member of the Irish Workers’ League. Mrs McAuley she is causing some trouble in the Irish Housewives Association. Fr. Clarke is to check if she is on the Adoption Board. Fr. Maguire reports a Scientology centre in Monkstown at which there seems to be three Maynooth Professors attending.
