Handwritten letter from P.J. O’Callaghan, Limerick, to Fr. Dunne informing him that the Bishop has resigned as Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Hierarchy. His successor to this office is the Bishop of Raphoe.
Letter from +Browne to +McQuaid thanking him for copies of the galley proofs of the new catechism. He also discusses the Mother & Child scheme and mentions the Bishop of Limerick is very pessimistic.
