Mentions concern about food shortages. Includes names of those involved with various charities, Catholic and others. Includes letter from Pamela Hinkson which speaks about the work done by the Bewley’s in feeding the poor of Dublin. Also mentions Dr. Collis, Marrowbone Lane Samaritan Fund, Inchicore and a conference chaired by Sean Moylan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Defence. One enclosure thanks Archbishop for his financial assistance in helping St. George’s parish local group with their A.R.P.
