Typed letter to +McQuaid from D.J. Kelleher, enclosing a statement from the INTO in relation to the dispute between the ASTI and the Minister for Education. The ASTI requested the INTO to take steps to ensure that National Teachers who have not hitherto superintended examinations or marked examination papers would not do so this year. The INTO would give no such assurance. Their members were free to act as they wish.
