              Typed letter to +McQuaid from John P. Keane, Assistant City Manager, regarding the care of young children in special cases whilst the mother is in hospital. Some members of the Public Health Committee say it would be preferable to keep the children in their own home during the absence of the mother, using trained Home Helps. Others suggested to accept the offer of the Sisters of Mercy to care for the children in three institutions.
