With two draft copies of costs by Terence O’Reilly, solicitor, 5 North Great Georges’ Street, and a note by Catherine Murphy agreeing to dispose of her interest in the aforementioned premises for the sum of £100 payable to her daughter Ellen. With a badly torn draft of said assignment.
