Copy letter from +Agagianian, Propaganda Fide to +Whelan regarding Frank Aiken, son of the Irish Minister for External Affairs who has been working as a lay missioner and who wishes to meet with him. He will gladly meet him. He also mentions the Papal Decoration which is to be awarded to him. He requires the ‘Nihil Obstat’ before proceeding further.

Conway, Marion, Eaglehill Ho., Suncroft, Curragh, Co. Kildare. She is complaining that Fr. Whelan interfered with her recently deceased brother, who did not want to make a will. She accused the priest, a solicitor and doctor of fraudulently writing a will which defrauded herself, her nieces and nephew of their rights. She asks the Archbishop to have this will undone immediately.
