Typed report on the Left-Wing Labour group, of which Patrick Gibbons is also a member. He was an active Communist 20 years ago. Some members who were expelled from the Dun Laoire Branch of the Labour Party are involved in the group. The group is to work secretly to create such a position within the Labour Party that would force Mr. William Norton, Minister for Industry and Commerce, to resign.

Typed letter to Fr. J. Phair, O.M.I., House of Retreats, Inchicore, from F. O’Reilly, Executive Secretary. The information he gave about Goold, Scanlon, Gibbons being Communists was confidential, for the use of the Order. Would be glad to know if he spoke to Mr. Kinsella and how their conversation was reported to him. Surprised that confidential information should be passed to those concerned.
