Letter from +Lyons to +McQuaid. He waited to acknowledge the Pastoral until he had read it and now that he has he has nothing but praise for it. He apologises for his absence at meetings and writes that it would be a tragedy if he Standard paper failed.

Letter from +Lyons to secretary in Archbishop’s House. He writes that it would be a pleasure to attend the consecration of the archbishop elect and hopes to attend.

Letter from +Lyons to +McQuaid. He encloses a replacement for a missing cheque and wishes him the greetings of the season.
