Nardocci, C.P., Salvian:- An account in Italian of his coming to Great Britain and Ireland. It ends with an account of Paul Mary Pakenham's life. Several sermons in Italian are also included, starting frm the back.

1852009 Pakenham, C.P., Paul Mary: The Holy Rule (English Version): printed c 1851. This copy belonged to Fr. Paul Mary Pakenham and bears his signature: "AD USUM PAULI MARIAE A.S. MICHAELA". It was either given to, or taken by, Bro. Lawrence Carr for his own use on the day of Fr. Paul Mary's death, 1 March, 1857.

Paul Mary Pakenham - The Passionist: Colour illustration of a portrait of Fr. Paul Mary, issued around 1910 -1920 (2 copies), together with a small photograph of the portrait containing the photographer's details. The history of this portrait is contained in chapter 8, page 8 of Bro. Laurence Carr's Recollections of Fr. Paul Mary (see 2/2/4/7 or typescript of it at 2/2/4/12). Paul Mary Pakenham - The Passionist: mourning envelope discovered in a box marked relics sometime during 1993. The envelope is enscribed with Paul Mary's name with a note "sermon & hair". It contained a lock of Paul Mary's hair wrapped in tissue paper and a MS note which is an aide-memoire in Paul Mary's handwriting for the charity sermon in aid of St. Clare's Orphanage which he was due to preach in Gardiner St., church the morning on which he died, 01.03.1857. The sermon was actually given by Ignatius Spencer. The tissue paper in which the hair was wrapped is still in the envelope, while the hair and sermon notes are now on display in the Museum.

Paul Mary Pakenham: Death - letter from his mother, Georgiana Emma Charlotte Lygon, from Brighton. Sorry to hear of his illness. Though circumstances have divided them these last few years, her love and affection for him is the same as ever. Hopes he recovers from this illness as he has from so many others. Joseph Smith in his biography of Paul Mary gives her name as Georgiana, but Declan O'Sullivan repeatedly gives it as Georgina. As the database in Sts. John and Paul gives her name as Georgiana, it would seem that that is her correct name.

Paul Mary Pakenham: Death - Letter from his sister Louisa Pakenham to Vincent Grotti. Thanks him for letter dated 22 Feb. giving news of Paul Mary's illness and encloses a letter for him with instructions that it be destroyed if he has died. NB. As the enclosure mentioned has not survived and as Paul Mary died on 1 March it may be that this letter did not arrive before his death, in which case Louisa's wishes would have been carried out. Alternatively, as he was not conscious, according to Laurence Carr - 2/2/6/1, her wishes may have still been carried out, as he was unable to receive her letter.
