With copy schedule of the properties to which the foregoing deed refers. Number eight in the schedule refers to the house and concerns on Walkin Street held under a lease of lives renewable forever dated 25 May 1835. (See CA KK/2/1/1/1/4).

The deed recites that Kate Horner (died 17 Aug. 1933) was possessed of premises on Walkin Street held on a monthly or weekly tenancy from the Corporation of Kilkenny. Mary Deegan, as Kate Horner’s executrix, agrees to sell the deceased’s interest in the premises subject to the payment of rent and the performance of the tenant’s obligations for £100. With copy memoranda of agreement and copy probate of Mary Kate Horner dated 10 Oct. 1933.
