An attested copy of a memorial originally dated 5 April 1827, from Henry Sibthorpe of Palace Street, City of Dublin, to John Latouche Powell of Mecklenburg Street, City of Dublin, regarding properties on Sweetman’s Avenue, Blackrock. This land was formerly in the possession of Daniel Grennan. Also includes page of notes from 1932 about the property.

Ownership of Property

Letter from McEvoy to Father Thomas Morrissey CM, giving particulars of ownership of property in a lease dated 11 September 1863 between John Sibthorpe of 29 Upper Leeson Street and Charles Sibthorpe of 36 Upper Leeson Street. The property referred to is three dwelling houses located in Blackrock Cemetery, fronting onto Sweetman Avenue.
