Large brown envelope in Chancellery Stationary marked `Secret', Sisters of Mercy, Archiepiscopal Visitation of the Convents at Rathnew and Arklow, July 1942. Three unbroken seals on back of envelope, slit indicates opening across top to envelope. The Contents of the above envelope (notes on the depositions of the individual sisters) constitutes the matter contained in File No. 3 above.

Large cream envelope `Relatio' contains archbishop's drafts and notes preparatory and actual summaries and recommendation to the Holy See. Rescript of the Congregation.
