Director of French Sisters of Charity (Daughters of Charity) firmly declines to leave Sisters in difficult conditions at Glencree. (see Oblates of Mary files). A beginning of secondary school at Sybil Hill, Raheny. Proposal from laity to have Vincentian secondary school at Arklow. Sisters will undertake new school at Ballyfermot.
