Handwritten letter to +McQuaid from Sheila M. Kelly, 98, Wainsfort Rd., Terenure. Her husband was caught in a change of Government policy and as a result his army career came to an abrupt end. Accuses the Government of corruption, chicanery and lack of integrity.

He has been invited to say a few words at a concert in St. Francis Xavier’s Hall, Gardiner Street by the Sisters of St. Peter Claver, Terenure who have missionaries working in Africa.
