He hopes the Archbishop will attend and respond to the toast ‘The visiting Archbishops and Bishops’. He also stated the Archbishop will robe in the house before the ceremony and the other Bishops will be in the Presentation Convent. He also mentions that the Bishop of Wellington will be present.
