Letter from Michael Tierney, President University College Dublin, to Mgr. John D. Horgan, 14 Clare Road, Whitehall, in relation to Mr. Palfreeman. He states that the University cannot accept students from outside Ireland into their Veterinary School. Numbers in the school are restricted and there are very long waiting lists. He has asked that this message be conveyed to the Nuncio.
