Letter from +Fergus O’Grady to +McQuaid regarding an invitation to the visit the Diocese in the search for possible vocations. He mentions the Frontier Apostle movement, a Peace Corps which he has established. They have helped build schools and now need lay teachers. He plans of sending Fr. Copy of circular letter from +O’Grady regarding an appeal for teaching Sisters. The Sisters of Mercy from Callan went to work there over a decade ago but with the need for more Sisters is now as great as ever. Sr. Emmanuel will travel to Ireland in the hope of finding new recruits and he hopes every assistance can be given to her.
