The card shows an ascending Madonna and Christ Child. Underneath the image is the printed text of a verse by Katharine Tynan (1859-1931).

A bound volume containing magazine and newspaper clippings with manuscript notes and annotations compiled by Fr. Senan Moynihan OFM Cap. The clippings relate to a variety of literary, religious, and political subjects. The volume also includes a manuscript horarium for a Poor Clares community and a typescript biography of James McKenna (d. 29 June 1846), the principal secretary to Father Theobald Mathew. The biography refers to the substantial manuscript history of the Irish temperance movement compiled by McKenna and held in the Irish Capuchin Archives. Includes clippings and extracts from ‘The Reader’s Digest’, ‘The Catholic Digest’, ‘G.K.’s Weekly’, and ‘Catholic Fireside’.
