Rovida to the Bishop regarding Emmanuel Buczyna, a self proclaimed Ukranian Bishop who is travelling around promoting the cause of a so called Monastery of St. Columban, in the diocese of Saint Brieuc, France. This man is not a Bishop and the monastery has only a few members and deserves no confidence.
